Terms of Service

Every project is based on an agreed written quotation. The quotation sets out the pages, features and services included in your project.

Work requested outside the agreed scope may require an additional quotation before it is carried out.

Payment stages, amounts and due dates are shown in your individual quotation or invoice. All prices are quoted excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.

Websites are supplied with an ongoing monthly website care plan.

The applicable monthly charge, minimum term, renewal arrangements and cancellation terms will be clearly shown in the customer’s written quotation before work begins.

The monthly plan covers the services stated in the selected package, such as managed hosting, SSL, domain connection, technical platform care and support with technical website faults.

It does not include unlimited website changes, redesigns, new functionality or active SEO work unless these are expressly included in your quotation.

The customer is responsible for:

• supplying accurate business information
• supplying or approving website text
• supplying images and logos they have permission to use
• reviewing drafts
• providing feedback within a reasonable timeframe
• confirming that statements about their services are accurate

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may change where content, approvals, access details or feedback are delayed.

The number of included design revisions depends on the selected package and is stated in your quotation. Requests outside the included revisions may be charged separately.

Business domains should be registered in the customer’s name or business name where practical. Domain registration and renewal charges may be separate from the website quotation.

Third-party services used alongside your website may have their own charges and terms. Examples include:

• domains
• business email
• booking systems
• payment processors
• premium software
• external analytics or reporting tools

Website ownership, access and transfer arrangements will be stated in the customer’s quotation. Any transfer is subject to all outstanding invoices being paid and may exclude third-party licences or services that cannot legally be transferred.

Basic on-page SEO foundations may be included in a website build.

No rankings, visitor numbers, enquiries or sales are guaranteed. Active SEO campaigns and paid advertising are separate services.

The agreed logo package includes only the stated number of concepts and revisions. Additional concepts, revisions or file formats may be charged separately.

Project cancellation, monthly-plan cancellation and any applicable charges will follow the terms shown in the customer’s quotation.

New Business Websites is not responsible for:

• inaccurate information supplied by the customer
• third-party platform outages
• domain or email failures outside its control
• unlawful customer content
• losses caused by the customer failing to respond to website enquiries
• guaranteed search rankings, sales or business results

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Irish consumer or contract law.
