Why is there a monthly website care plan?+
The monthly plan covers managed hosting, SSL, domain connection, technical platform care and support after your website launches. Business Growth Care also includes automated performance reporting and enquiry tracking.
How long does a website take to build?+
Most straightforward business websites can be ready for review within two to four weeks once the required content has been received. Larger or more complex projects may take longer, and an estimated timeline will be included in the quotation. This is a general guide rather than a guaranteed deadline.
Are website changes included every month?+
Routine content changes, new pages, active SEO work and redesigns are not included in the €29 Website Care plan. Additional work can be quoted separately. The €49 Business Growth Care plan adds analytics setup, enquiry tracking and monthly reporting, with preferential pricing for additional website work.
Do I own my domain?+
Yes. Your business domain should be registered in your name or business name wherever possible.
Who supplies the website content?+
You can supply your own text, images and logo. Help with planning, editing or creating website content can be included in the quotation where required.
Are hosting and maintenance included?+
Managed hosting and technical website care are included through the required monthly plan.
Can you help with business email?+
Yes. Assistance with setting up a professional business email address can be included where required. Third-party email charges may apply.
Is ongoing SEO included?+
Basic on-page SEO foundations are included in the website build. Active monthly SEO campaigns, content creation and link building are separate services.
Do you offer logo design?+
Yes. Optional Logo Starter and Logo & Brand Starter packages are available alongside your website — useful for newly registered businesses that do not yet have a logo.
